The Scottish style links course, designed by former All-American golfer and renowned golf course architect Tripp Davis, plays to a par of 71 at just over 6,700 yards, where length is not as crucial as accuracy.
Some drama will come from the water features and bunker complexes and golfers will be uncertain with each hole until becoming more familiar with the course. Some of the shorter par 4 holes will give options of playing it safe, along with opportunities for some interesting risk/reward. The greens are positioned to be more receptive to shots coming in from the safe areas.
